Carex Testacea

Description

Orange New Zealand sedge brightens up any border with it warm coppery tones and gentle arching habit of fine strap like leaves. In midsummer they bear soft brown flower spikes.

Carex testacea does not like the extremes of wet or dry, so keep watered in the summer and plant into a free draining soil that does not become saturated in the winter. 

Plant in full sun or partial shade.

Combine with other grasses or mixed flowering perennials.
