Pinus Mugo Carstens Wintergold

Description

A mugo pine is ideal if you looking for a conifer to grow in a small space. Carstens Wintergold has a similar growth habit to the green popular variety Mugo Mughus.

After 10 years you would expect the plant to grow to 1m high and wide, and ultimately as it matures reach 2m high and wide.

This variety has golden / yellow tipped needles that become more accentuated in winter.

The mini standard form has a 50-60cm stem.
