Pittosporum Tenuifolium Golf Ball

Description

This compact, rounded form of Pittosporum tenuifolium has small green leaves and works well as a low growing evergreen shrub. With its tight rounded nature it makes it a good alternative to Buxus balls if you are not looking for something quite so clipped and formal. As a group of plants together, or as an individual set amongst perennials and grasses this plant frequently appears on a majority of the garden designer preferred plant lists.

Growing to around 60-75cm high and wide, Pittosporum prefers full sun but will tolerate semi-shade.

Lightly clip to keep the shape in May or June.
