Description
Choisya ternata Sundance is commonly known as the golden form of Mexican orange blossom with it bright gold evergreen foliage all year round. Best planted in full sun for maximum foliage colour this popular shrub grows into a medium to large broadly rounded shrub between 1.25m to 1.75m high and is popular with professionals and gardening enthusiasts alike.
Choisya`s produce clusters of white flowers in May and can also flower again in September and the flowers are set on the previous years stem.
To prune, lightly tip the plant all around to shape. To grow the plant into a really good shape we would advise shaping annually in the spring before the new growth emerges.
Suitable for most soils including coastal areas, but must planted in a sheltered position.
